Meet Ayla

I am a part-time dental hygienist and full-time STR coordinator. My life revolves around systems, service, and stewardship — whether I’m caring for patients, raising my family, or coordinating short-term rental operations.

I grew up working on my family’s guest ranch, where I learned hospitality and hard work from an early age. After high school, I began my career in dentistry. Both professions have given me a strong work ethic and trained me to be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

My husband and I own and operate a short-term rental and we have consistently maintained 5-star reviews. Through managing our own property, I understand firsthand the time, coordination, and care required to keep both guests and homeowners happy. I am using that experience to help other STR homeowners reduce their workload while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

As a wife and mother, I understand responsibility and long-term thinking. I know what it takes to manage multiple moving parts while handling unexpected curveballs at the same time — both literally and figuratively.
